ING-Sistemi Srl provides high-performance actuation systems equipped with calibrated load cells, torque-meters and position transducers, moreover devices such as Hydraulic Service Manifolds, Power Units and Electric cabinets.
Our controllers are fitted with modules and multiple channels for analog and digital signals, strain gauges, EtherNet or CANbus interfaces, compatible also with MTS file format.
ENDURANCE AND FATIGUE CYCLES
Among components testing, Fatigue test cycle are typical for axles and structural frames.
Beside hydrostatic/hydrodynamic servocylinders, ING-Sistemi can offer also hybrid actuation system, which is a compact high-efficiency servo-pump, which can control in position/force closed-loop an hydraulic cylinder without any need for oil tank and piping.
SYSTEM TESTING
Not only components but also Hardware-in-the-loop testing for vehicle sub-system, such as steering, braking system, bushes, engine, reservoir on tilting tables, excavators arm, etc.
