Yes, we care about engineering, procurement, production and on-site installation, our supply complies to Machine Directive 2006/42/EC and related Safety normatives.

Hydraulic systems, electric cabinets, electronic controllers and data acquisition systems, metal structural frames, civil works, transportation, on-site installation and safety coordination, commissioning and operators training. 

Yes, in case you decide to realize your machine internally we can provide executive engineering (schematics, bill of materials, 3D modeling, FEM analyses, softwares), coordinate suppliers and operations, make controlling of project finance up to final commissioning.

Yes of course, we can define and provide components either standard or special which better fit your machine, according to requirements and existing constraints, in particular we can provide: cylinders, manifolds, power units, electric servomotors and electro-mechanical actuators.

Yes, we can design and provide structural frames which can sustain strenghts and stresses, moreover kinematics devices to combine linear and rotative displacements and make work. Our engineering include 3D modelling and FEM analyses with identification of vibration modes and resonance frequencies.

Normally we design items according to your requirements, no limits in size and power; installation, flushing and pressure test are also included.

Moreover PLC, drives, HMI panels, Safety PLC, electro-mechanical actuators and servomotors, included on-site cabling.

Yes, we provide controllers for closed-loop position/force axes regulation, both for linear and rotative actuators, both hydraulic and electro-mechanical.

HMI can be customized to your application, i.e. test report, synoptic view, diagnostics.

We use the proper and best technologies necessary to realize your machine:

  • Hydraulics: Bosch Rexroth.
  • Linear assembly: Bosch Rexroth.
  • Electric servomotors: Bosch Rexroth, Siemens.
  • Industrial controllers and drives: Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, Beckhoff.
  • Real time controller for Test benches: National Instruments.
